I don’t normally leave reviews for places but I had to say, my family and I experienced the most appalling service from a girl with red hair tonight around 6:30-7pm. She was very short tempered with my grandma when she was unsure of the burger that was brought to our table because she couldn’t remember the name. The girl stropped off and came back after confirming it was the right burger, she proceeded to slam the plate on the table and storm away again. I have worked in customer service and fast food for years and years and never have I treated customers with such disrespect and arrogance. Aside from the girl’s behaviour there was a young boy working, with longer hair who seemed to be on door? When he noticed they had forgotten to bring out my meal he was quick to help (while I could see him being quite nearly yelled at by the red haired girl) He was so patient and kind to us and his behaviour and kindness should be acknowledged and applauded.

As I sit here just finishing my meal, I can already confidently only give this place a single star! There is nothing they can do to improve from here! Service is virtually non-existent, and any interaction is either yelled from the counter or met with a grunt. There were no wait staff cleaning tables, so we picked a dirty one, expecting it to be cleared soon. No, we were served our food, adding to the clutter. Staff did not remove the dirty plates etc despite coming to the table twice. Only getting removed as we called the staff member back TWICE (only took half) to have it taken away. We also had to remind the staff that we have ordered drinks. Behind us were two young children left unaccompanied, one in a high chair. Both were very loud, banging on tables, and when asked where their parents were, the children pointed to the kitchen. Assumably belonging to a staff member. I had to continue to remind the girls to be quiet 🤫 Other customers thanked me for keeping them quiet. The meat patty was cold. Definitely over priced for the burger as well as the chips. Definitely won't be returning.

Had a great time at Grill’d North Lakes! Had the pleasure or having my second barbie burger, this time in the meal box. The burger is the perfect combination of flavours, and the avo, tomato, pineapple and onion add a nice lightness and freshness to it. The chips were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Love the pink theme and I reckon this is an awesome restaurant-film partnership. The background music flowed together seamlessly and the atmosphere was great. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5/5 was a few crumbs that were at our table before our food arrived and our table didn’t have serviettes. But these are minor inconveniences in an otherwise great experience. Grill’d delivers yet again and I think I’ve become obsessed with their Barbie burger.

Haven't been here for a while. Went last night (Dec 20,2023). Waited 15 minutes to order (only 3 of us in line) THEN they opened a second register. No apology, no acknowledgement. Food was on time, but cold burgers and soggy chips. My wife complained to wait staff who said he'd deal with it. He never came back. Noticed it took 10 minutes to clear the table after we left. Maybe just a bad night. Maybe its just gone downhill since last time. Regardless, I'll be looking for alternatives in future. We were on table 30 if anyone cares.
